In Strands, you have to find some number of words or phrases Boggle-style (diagonals are allowed) in a grid. A spangram also goes either top-to-bottom or left-to-right and describes the theme of the words/phrases you find.
Don't be afraid if you find some answers that overlap! In regular Strands, that's not allowed, but in this Strands it might be! You can use the answer submission box to double check if the answers you find are correct.
The spangrams (plural!) go top-to-bottom. The left one describes the left half of the grid, and the right one describes the right half.
To extract the final answer, look at the four letters indicated by the spangrams and read them from top to bottom.
There are four pairs of non-spangram answers that share a word and letter in common. Those overlapping words are synonyms for the first part of each pair's corresponding spangram.
For example, SPLIT SCREEN and SPLIT SECONDS overlap on "SPLIT S" and "SPLIT" is a synonym of "BREAK" from BREAKING POINTS, the corresponding spangram. "S" is the BREAKING POINT of that pair, so the first letter in the final answer is "S."
